* Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).
* Xpress Casting (RTV).
The site uploads 3D CAD .stl files and automatically generates quotes and orders.
* Xpress Tooling service - XPDG's Xpress Tooling service uses advanced 3D mould design software combined with a huge capacity of dedicated state-of-the-art equipment.
XPDG told manufacturingtalk that it includes high speed CNC machgining and EDM.
Custom pre-made mould bases are also used to help XPDG offer typical project deliveries from one to four weeks.
Xpress Tools can employ complex slides and lifters without any size limitations.
