Weighing in at a substantial 6800kg, the Meehanite ribbed cast iron construction of the XYZ 1060HS' main elements guarantees maximum rigidity in operation, while the 45mm diameter ballscrews fitted to all three axes ensure a smooth transmission of power whatever the load conditions.
Maximum speed of the 40 taper spindle is 12,000 rev/min, and the maximum cutting feed rate on all three axes is 10,000mm/min.
