XYZ is introducing the Siemens 828D control system to its range of machining and turning centres.
The development is expected to give a competitive advantage in mainland Europe and result in additional sales activity.
At this year's EMO exhibition in Milan, visitors to the Siemens stand were given a demonstration of the XYZ 710 VMC and XYZ Compact Turn 52, equipped respectively with the ShopMill and ShopTurn variants of the 828D control.
