Eleven machine tool orders taken during
showtime
Orders for 11 machines were taken by Yamazaki Mazak at the UK's MACH 2004 show, of which only two were expected, and a further two were ordered immediately afterwards based on show enquiries.
Yamazaki Mazak's UK sales and applications team, including their agents from Scotland and Ireland, enjoyed a very busy five days at MACH 2004 During the exhibition orders for 11 machines were taken, only two of which were expected, and, in the immediate period after the show, a further two orders were received as a direct result of the company's participation in MACH

As a result the sales and application engineers will be hard at work in the coming weeks and months converting the many new enquiries into firm orders, with Saunders predicting a high level of success.
Yamazaki Mazak U.K.'s stand was designed to reflect the extensive range of machines and support services available from its European Headquarters in Worcester.
The stand featured a variety of machines from the Nexus range of CNC lathes and machining centres through to the latest generation of five-axis Integrex multi-function machine tools.
