CNC lathes have touch-screen programming
A medium-sized range of CNC lathes offers simple, easy to program, touch screen technology and are available in sizes up to 1000mm swing over bed by 5000mm between centres.

The Baby Berry's feature a two shear, induction hardened, inverted vee flat bed, providing a range of cost effective manual, electronic and CNC lathes.
John Holdsworth, managing director of Unisurf Engineering recently took safe delivery of the first Baby Berry Touch Turn 660 x 3000mm.
He said: "Unisurf was looking for a lathe to handle, cost effective, one off and small batch production of rollers and shafts.
After initial investigation, I settled on the Baby Berry.
From a functionality basis, the lathe offers simple, easy to program, touch screen technology.
As I am an existing customer of Binns and Berry, I know that they can also provide me with customer service, and applications support that I can depend on.

The specifications of the machines are up to 1000mm swing over bed, with a distance of up to 5000mm between centres.
The 'Baby Berry's' offer three different machine types, with a full range of accessories and a 24-month warranty.
Baby Berry BB manual - centre lathes: * Swing over bed up to 620mm.
* Distance between centres of up to 3000mm.
Baby Berry Touch Turn - electronic lathes: * Manual or CNC operator environment.
* Easy to use GE Fanuc quick panel touch screen.
* Menu driven programming.
* Also features Joystick and dual electronic handwheels.
* Swing over bed of up to 660mm.
* Distance between centres up to 3000mm.
Baby Berry Swift Turn - CNC lathes: * Fanuc 21I CNC, Fanuc motors and drives.
* Or Fagor 8040 CNC controls with Fagor motors and drives.
* Swing over bed is up to 1000mm.
* Distance between centres up to 5000mm.
