An advanced calculation function has been introduced as an option for a precision power analyser to support customer requirements for more advanced and complex power analysis capabilities.
The unit has 16 Mbyte of internal memory, and additional storage can be provided by CF or SD memory cards or by a USB memory stick.
External memory can be used to provide auto-set and auto-run functions.
A universal input makes the XL100 suitable for a wide range of measurements, including DC voltage up to 30 V, all common thermocouples and RTD temperature sensors, and pulse and logic signals.
The instrument is available in 8-channel and 16-channel versions.
Minimum sampling time is 100ms on eight channels and 200ms on 16 channels, and can be set at a number of values up to a maximum of one hour.
Alarm and trigger functions are included, and data can be manipulated using differential computation, linear scaling and statistical calculations.
The XL100 can be used in conjunction with clamp-on power meters and luminance meters for electrical or optical measurements, and a rubber boot is available for increased impact resistance and environmental protection.
