If initial test results indicate problems, detailed analyses of signal waveforms and management of test results can be performed by using the system in conjunction with Yokogawa's Xviewer waveform analysis tool.
The DL9240/9240L are the highest-performance models in Yokogawa's SignalXplorer DL9000 Series of digital oscilloscopes, and feature an enhanced waveform accumulation function that allows up to 450 million digitised points to be acquired and displayed every second.
The 4-channel instruments measure only 350 x 200 x 178 mm and weigh only 6.5 kg.
Bandwidth is 1.5 GHz and maximum sampling rate is 10 GS/s.
The DL9240 has 2.5 M of memory on each channel and the DL9240L has 6.25 M on each channel.
