Zendor, the distance shopping expert, is to undertake further work for mail order client, Joseph Turner.
Zendor has been instructed by the manufacturer and retailer of premium quality menswear to conduct an in-depth analysis of its customer database.
A subsidiary of the mail-order specialist N Brown, Zendor has extensive expertise in the distance shopping arena, providing comprehensive marketing and fulfilment services to multi-channel retailers.
Based in Yorkshire, Joseph Turner sells direct to the customer via its transactional website, www.josephturner.co.uk and mail order catalogue.
The Company offers men's shirts, ties, cufflinks, shoes and accessories for both business and less formal occasions.
Having grown the business and accrued a valuable customer database, Joseph Turner now needs to gain insight about its customer base in order to develop future marketing strategies.
Earlier in 2004, Zendor was awarded a 3.5 million catalogue print contract from Joseph Turner for its customer recruitment catalogue.
Joseph Turner benefited from the considerable cost-savings Zendor's parent company, N Brown, could provide for these services and will now benefit from Zendor's extensive direct marketing expertise.
The customer database analysis will be conducted to provide Joseph Turner with actionable recommendations in January 2005 on how to target its offers more effectively in order to improve customer recruitment and retention levels, increase response rates and spend, and ultimately, drive increased return on investment.
Chris Legard, Managing Director of Joseph Turner comments, "We believe that gaining a more comprehensive understanding of our customer base through this analysis will guide us in targeting customers with offers that are better suited to their needs.".
