Japanese Chocolate Mix's Resealable Bags

Morinaga, a leading Japanese confectionery manufacturer, has launched its Milk Cocoa brand of powdered chocolate mix in new block-bottom bags with Zip-Pak press-to-close zippers Zip-Pak worked with Tokyo Automatic Machinery Works, which developed the TWEX-Z VFFS machine for faster and more accurate packaging of resealable block-bottom bags, said Zip-Pak
By adopting that technology instead of pre-made bags, Morinaga expects to enjoy long-term packaging material cost savings of up to 20 per cent.
