Materials testing software fulfills Tenstand
Zwick's materials testing software testXpert II is one of the first products to already fulfill the requirements of TENSTAND validation, in accordance with a future revision of ISO 6892.

New features of testXpert were showcased including the possibility to make on screen measurements while using the synchronized video capture system.
For metals testing Zwick also demonstrated the new TENSTAND option for software validation.
The popular Zwick ProLine machines now have updated testControl electronics offering unrivalled technological advantages such as high speed data transfer and improved resolution and accuracy.
The latest HIT pendulum impact tester range launched earlier this year has been extended up to 50Joules capacity.
In addition, Zwick launched a new hydraulic anti-buckling compression device for composite materials, a new device for measuring the puncture resistance of geo-textiles, special tools for the testing of blind rivets, a semi-automatic and fully automatic micro-Vickers-hardness testing with testXpert , multiple traverses and compound table control, modernization packages for high speed testing machines and a newly developed ToniMIX which fulfils EN413-2; EN 480,1/3; EN13279-2; NFP 18-352; NFP 18-356; ASTM C109 - C191 - C187 - C359 - C451 - C807; ISO 679.
